At ELDonVP Celestial Coffee, we proudly partner with Roastify to deliver exceptional quality and service. This Shipping & Warranty Policy combines our in-house policies with Roastify’s trusted fulfillment and support framework. Please read the following carefully for all details on shipping, returns, and limited product warranty.

1. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Calculated based on the total weight and destination of your order at checkout.

12oz shipping to the continental USA is free for a first item and free additional items. 

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually is up to 3-5 business days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

4. Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST, etc.) based on your location, unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery Ownership & Risk

Ownership and risk transfer to you once Roastify delivers the package to the shipping carrier. Ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or missed carrier attempts.
