Our Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please read our return policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. We'll cover the costs to resolve issues that are our error.

Packages Lost in Transit

For packages that appear to be lost in transit, please notify us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We'll work to track it down and find a solution.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address provided by you, or if a shipment goes unclaimed by you, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs to send the item to an updated address. Please double-check your shipping information carefully when placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of any sealed goods, regardless of whether they have been opened or not. This includes, but is not limited to, coffee bags, cold brew, instant coffees, and other related coffee products. These items are not eligible for reshipping or refunds once returned.

Buyer's Remorse

We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.

General Returns and Exchanges

It's always best to contact us before returning any products. Any returns or exchanges offered for reasons other than misprinted, damaged, or defective items will be at our discretion and may require you to cover the return and reshipment expenses. If an exchange is approved, you would need to place a new order for the desired product at your expense.
